Reference: M1 Duration: 2 days + 1 day
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to build his managerial identity,
- to assume his leader’s positioning,
- to organize his team work from the department’s objectives,
- to decode the behaviors and the employees’ ways of functioning,
- to implement a situational management,
- to estimate and develop his managerial potential.

Reference: M2 Duration: 2 days + 1 day
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to establish a balance assessment of its managerial representations,
- to consolidate its leadership,
- to apprehend its strengths and progress axes in its function of manager,
- to integrate strategies and optimize its practice of supervisor,
- to develop targeted behaviors according to its stakes and professional realities,
- to perfect its modes of adaptation in front of complex situations.
“Little secrets of consultants for trainers”
Reference: M3 Duration: 2 days + 2 days
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to identify the various forms of transmission,
- to integrate the classification of the objectives referencing to the pedagogy for adults,
- to apprehend all the methods and pedagogical techniques from the type of training and from the type of its public,
- to design modules and pedagogical sequences,
- to manage the individuals and complex groups in learning situations and
- to optimize its intervention modalities as speaker/organizer/pedagogue.
“The little secrets of public speaking level 1”
Reference: M4 Duration: 2 days
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to build its speaker’s identity by applying the key techniques of the speaking,
- to build an expression personalized by quality,
- to develop its mode of oratory expression by valuing its image,
- to optimize its capacities of conciseness and argumentation,
- to use communication tools according the rules of art and to manage its emotions in front of the public.
“The little secrets of public speaking level 2”
Reference: M5 Duration: 2 days
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to globally strengthen its oratory expression mode,
- to find its speaker’s style by deepening the key techniques,
- to develop its breath and its breathing modality,
- to build its text according to the rules of the art and to identify favorable techniques to the management of personalities and complex assemblies.
“Recruitment, selection and interview leading techniques”
Reference: M6 Duration: 2 days
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to know how to define a job and the associated skills,
- to be able to develop specific tools of evaluation of the skills bound to the vacant position,
- to lead a selection/recruitment interview and to assess it,
- to apply strategies to determine the skills, the motivations and the projects of a candidate and indentify the legal aspects referencing to the subject.
“The professional interview”
Reference: M7 Duration: 2 days + 1 day
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to apprehend the stakes in the professional interview through a legislative lightning,
- to lead a professional interview from the various affiliated stages,
- to implement attitudes and adequate behavior during the interview leading,
- to manage the multiple possible behavior met in interview (indifference, passivity,
contesting, conflict, opposition, etc.)
- to develop a final report of evaluation (support)
“Prevention of the professional wear”
Reference: M8 Duration: 2 days
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to apprehend the outlines of the professional exhaustion syndrome,
- to acquaint with recent epidemiological data of this work pathology,
- to identify the endogenous / exogenous causes and the outward signs of the professional wear,
- to find solutions to live better its day-to-day work,
- to appropriate techniques of management to face in a preventive or a curative way
- to contribute to a reflection of the tools in the organization so as to create a humano vigilance watch.
“Welfare / abuse”
Reference: M9 Duration: 2 days + 1 day
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to identify the ill-treatment outlines (where it begins, where it finishes),
- to integrate risk factors leading to the ill-treatment phenomena within sanitary and social structures,
- to evaluate in its professional practice,
- to develop understanding mechanisms of the patient from its health,
- to find strategies developing individual attitudes of welfare and to apprehend levers necessary to implementation of a collective prevention process of the ill-treatment in its institution.
“Optimizing skills of nurse(s) working in SSPI”
Reference: M10 Duration: 2 days + 1 day
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to master exactly its function and its role in SSPI according the current legislation,
- to master the care of the patient from its arrival to its door in SSPI,
- to know the pharmacology of the drugs used in SSPI and in anesthesia,
- to know how to use a sheet of anesthesia,
- to be able to take care of the main accidents and incidents susceptible to arise in SSPI (control of the emergency trolley),
- to collaborate in the implementation of protocols (check list, transmissions, sheet of SSPI)
- to become nursing referent in SSPI within the framework of the tutoring.
“Tutoring”
Reference: M11 Duration: 2 days + 1 day
This training aims at allowing the participant :
- to identify the role and the tutor’s missions,
- to apprehend all the elements favoring the integration of the student,
- to find strategies of portfolio use,
- to build a learning course from targeted objectives,
- to discover the various surrounding approaches in the Tutor – Student relation and to set up an evaluation system for the benefit of the learner and of the institution.
Our modules are held in the premises of Objectif Partenaires, in Bordeaux Mériadeck in a dedicated area.
